The VersaCAMM® SP-i series is the industry’s most versatile entry-level device, combining 4-color printing and contour cutting all in one device through one seamless workflow. Roland Intelligent Pass Control technology virtually eliminates banding  by optimizing masking patterns and dot placement at the edge of each pass and offers print speeds that are up to 50 percent faster than the previous models in Standard print mode. Other advanced features include automated maintenance, superior media handling,  Ethernet connectivity, and an optional take-up system.

The VersaCAMM® streamlines the production process by automatically contour cutting printed graphics. By eliminating the need to reload and reposition graphics, the VersaCAMM's integrated cutters save time and  effort.

With VersaCAMM, it's easy to create graphics in unique, custom shapes that add value and attract attention. Using Adobe Illustrator, you can easily draw  contour cut lines in virtually any shape around your graphics. VersaCAMM will automatically print and cut your designs. Every VersaCAMM comes with VersaWorks, our own RIP software for professional print quality. VersaWorks features the Roland Color System to accurately reproduce the spot colors you select from Roland Color charts and swatch books. Variable Data Printing makes it easy to create a series of individualized prints based on one template, with each print featuring its own photos, messages, numbers and names. In addition, VersaWorks estimates the ink usage and print time for each graphic so you can accurately monitor your time and costs. You can also update your software automatically through the Internet.
