The MPX-95 is Roland DG's most powerful impact printer/photo engraver ever, capable of printing on harder materials than any other. In addition to serving the kiosk, gift and jewelry markets, the MPX-95 is also suited for industrial marking applications including serial number plates, data plates medical and industrial tool identification and marking.
For the industrial market, the MPX-95 is among the industry's lowest cost marking solutions. With three times the force of previous MPX models, the MPX-95 precisely imprints text, graphics and other data on hard surfaces including non-plated and unpolished materials. Variable data printing capabilities enable users to automatically apply unique identification numbers to each item in a series.
Automatically apply serial data, numbers and names to each item in a giftware series or add unique security numbers to expensive jewellery items.
Import and edit files from EPS, JPEG or BMP formats, or directly from digital cameras, scanners and smartphones. Add text, borders and backgrounds, and rotate text and images. METAZA Studio also supports text and line art in vector format.
Featuring TrueType fonts and an automatic layout feature for importing Excel and CSV files, Dr. Engrave supports production of variable data projects.
The fully enclosed MPX-95 is a compact and portable device that runs quietly, cleanly and safely. It can be taken anywhere and used to produce souvenirs at weddings, craft fairs, pet shows and other events.

When imprinting onto many different items in succession, the fixed centre vise allows for quick set-up and personalisation of items.
For attaching to the MPX-95's head unit when imprinting onto curved and flat surfaces, thirty rounded and ten head caps are included in the DPM Kit.
Takes personalisation to the next level
The MPX-95 is also ideal for retailers and other businesses specializing in personalization. In addition to flat items like pendants, dog tags, key chains and Zippo lighters, the MPX-95 takes personalization to the next level by customizing curved objects like pens, cuff links and money clips. Quiet and compact, the MPX-95 imprints text, graphics and photographic images without leaving any residue behind, making it ideal for retail environments.
Roland Photo Marking System
Based on the Roland Photo Marking System (RPMS), the MPX-95 uses a durable diamond-tipped stylus to imprint on a wide range of surfaces including iron, stainless steel, titanium, gold, silver, copper, platinum, brass, aluminum, nickel and acrylic. This innovative system strikes the surface to be marked with high speed and precision to reproduce the most delicate gradations of your original design and the smallest of typefaces. The results are exceptional with graphics and fonts that really pop. With the MPX-95, you can mix in photos and vector designs for added creativity.
